Firefox did a wonderful job designing a tour of eastern Bhutan that fully met the many diverse interests and wishes of our group. Michal worked tirelessly with me to focus creatively and realistically on shaping the itinerary. Guide Dorji and the driver worked equally hard to assure our satisfaction, and in particular, made excellent practical on-the-spot decisions with us as to how to manage tight scheduling, unexpected illnesses, and everything else that came up along the way. Firefox also provided superb support for our brief time in the west with guide Kinzang and driver Akil (whose particular support came navigating my descent from the Taktsang Cafe).
