Festivals & Events in Bhutan

Dolay Drupchen is not typical festival with mask dances. It is series of ceremonies and offerings. It is held in various temples in Paro valley, each year in different one. There will be Bhutanese pilgrims coming in these days and there will be a lot of offerings on the altars, monks praying in certain times in the temples. There are no mask dances or other performances.
