We went on a tour with Firefox for our Honeymoon, September 2022, just about the time that the Bhutanese government decided to start changing the rules for entry every few days. It took weeks of back-and-forth with Michal to get everything sorted and in the end we ended up needing a special exemption from the Bhutan tourist board to enter. All of the above was managed with great skill and transparency by the team.
And when we eventually got to Bhutan, it couldn't have gone better (barring a few weather-related mishaps like landslides on the roads). Our guide Tek was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about pretty much everything we needed/wanted, every Dzong and temple had its own story. The organised accommodation was excellent as well, with a few surprise upgrades because of it being our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than with Firefox!
