Firefox was excellent. From the moment we began communicating with Michal about planning the trip, he was extremely responsive and flexible. He tailored a trip to Bhutan for the specific things that we were interested in, and everything went smoothly in the planning and payment process. Once in Bhutan, we were met by our guide, Sangay, and our driver Om. Both were very knowledgeable and conscientious, and made for a wonderful traveling companions. Sangay was full of fascinating information about Bhutan and always was responsive to our needs and willing to go the extra mile. We had a nice SUV and Om was the best driver we ever had--this is key in Bhutan as you will be traveling on narrow roads in high mountain passes. We always felt safe and well-cared-for in Om's capable hands. Bhutan itself is of course amazing, and we saw countless wonderful sites on our 9-day trip. It is a beautiful, fascinating country with very friendly people. A unique travel experience for sure. Would definitely recommend Firefox if you are traveling to Bhutan!
